By combining the long-inherited history of tea and the wisdom of craftsmanship with modern sensibilities and technology,

To preserve is not simply to imitate the past.
It means receiving our predecessors’ sense of beauty and respect for materials,
and “translating” that into forms suited to today.
To evolve is not about pursuing convenience alone, either.
It means reconstructing a culture that finds richness in stillness,
at a pace and in a form that fit life today.
